# How to access the Port-All Compliance Tool
### Objective
This SOP explains how to accept an invitation to the Rossby Financial Portal, create login credentials, and complete authenticator setup so a team member can access the Compliance Dashboard. Follow these steps in order to ensure secure and successful account activation.
### Key Steps

- Look for an email from **noreply@port-all.rossbyfinancial.com**.
- The subject/message should indicate that you have been invited to the **Rossby Compliance Dashboard**.
- If you do not see the email, check your spam/junk folder before requesting a resend.

- Open the invitation email and locate the provided URL.
- Click the link directly, or copy and paste it into your browser if needed.
- Confirm that the page opens to the Rossby portal invitation/registration screen.

- After accepting the invitation, enter your account information.
- Choose a username; this can be your email address or another preferred username.
- Create a password that meets the required standards.
**Password requirements:**
- Minimum of **12 characters**
- Use a mix of **uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters**
- Store your password securely according to company policy.

- Select **Accept and Sign In** to finalize the initial account setup.
- Wait for the portal to process your credentials and move you to the next security step.
- If the sign-in fails, verify your username and password and try again.

- When prompted, open your authenticator app on your mobile device.
- Scan the QR code displayed on the portal setup screen.
- Follow the app prompts to complete the pairing process.
- Confirm the authenticator setup is successful before exiting the page.

- Once the authenticator is configured, your account should be active.
- Log in again if needed to verify access to the **Rossby Financial Portal Compliance Tool**.

### Cautionary Notes
- **Use the correct invitation email:** The portal invitation must come from Rossby Financial; do not click suspicious or unexpected links.
